This is THE BEST place to eat Chinese food hands down!!! Been eating here for 30+ years! Tried other places but not one of them compares and you actually get what you ordered.

Yes, they do.

Do they do delivery? I don't mean these places like " Grub hub", where the charges are so high, it's ridiculous...

I do not believe they are. Try calling. Most buffet Chinese restaurants are open

Not sure but Ned And Ted are very nice guys just call and ask!
